1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bid documents at the address below.
2. A
complete set of bid documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder upon the submission of written application to the
above mentioned office starting from April 7, 2008 and upon payment
of non-refundable fee indicated above for each set. Additional sets
of document, may be purchased each at the same price at the same
address.
3. The
construction of works shall be completed with in maximum of 380
calendar days from the commencement of works.
4. All
bid must be submitted based on the free market price and current
basic materials price must be submitted attached with the bid
document.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable form 2%
of the bid amount and must be delivered to before at 2:00 P.M. on April 27, 2008
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attained in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M.
7. Rejection
criteria: The client will reject the bidder whose bid does not to
attained in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M.
1)
Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License &
renewed Registration Certificate.
2)
Bidders should complete the bid form and the appropriate
price schedule.
3)
The original & copy of the bid shall be signed and sealed in
all page by the bidder
4)
Bidders should submit one original & one copy envelopes of
the bid.
8. Bidders
must present certificate of VAT Registration.
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
