1. The
Agarfa Agricultural Technical Vocational Educational and Training
College has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for
the procurement of Health Center at Agarfa.
2. The
Agarfa Agricultural Technical Vocational Educational and Training
College invites sealed bids from eligible bidders stated here in
above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open National tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible
bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from
8:30 hrs to 16:30 hrs local time.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of Megabit
30, 2000 E.C. by interested eligible bidders on submission of
a written application, VAT registration certificate, Ministry of
Works & Urban Development, Trade License & Bid participation
Supporting letter at the address below at 7b & upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 695.00 (Six Hundred Ninety Five
only).
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 12:00
hrs, Miazia 30, 2000 E.C. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 50, 000.00 payable at first demand. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at
14:30 hrs. Miazia 30, 2000 E.C.

Proposal” and “Financial Offer”.
