The Ethiopian
Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Sh. Co. “EPHARM” invites interested
bidders to submit their sealed bids for “the supply of various
pharmaceuticals Raw and Packing Materials.”
1. Interested
eligible bidder can collect tender documents form the Company
Purchasing Division against non-refundable cash payment of Birr
400.00 during office hours.
2. A
bid bond of 2% is required to quality for the tender. Wax-sealed
envelope marked “Bid for Tender No. Epharm 02/07” should be
deposited in the tender box at Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals
Manufacturing Sh. Co. or should arrive through mail before May 20,
2008 at 10:00 A.M. Local Time.
3. Bid
will be closed on May 20, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time and will
be opened on May 20, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
4. EPHARM
reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annual the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of
contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or
bidders of the ground of the company’s action.
