PART ONE
Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and
eligible bidders for the Supply Mesh Wire.
1. The
bid document shall be obtained form Supply Department against
payment of a non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) during office
hours.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O.
3. Bids
should be prepared in two separate envelopes (Technical & Financial
Proposal).
4. Bid
Bond, Renewed license & a letter form Federal Inland Revenue
Authority that allows participating on the tender should be
submitted within the Envelope of Technical proposal.
5. All
Bid Documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before April
24, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. local time.
6. Bid
will be opened on April 24, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
7. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
8. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
