2. The
Bid document shall be obtained form Materials Management Division
cited in front of Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise at CEB Gofa
Sefer Branch Building, 3rd floor Room No. 304 against
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr
only) during office hours (8:30 A.M. -12:00 A.M., 1:00 P.M.-
4:00 P.M.) upon presentation copy of Registration & License
Certificates form the relevant authorities, renewed Trade License
Certificates form the relevant authorities, renewed Trade License
for the year and VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form the office of
Materials Management Division,
P.O. Box 255, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,
Tel. 467-09 90 Ext. 258, 267 Or 466 97 37, Fax 466-97 39.
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Birr
15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Birr) in the form of Bank guarantee
of Cashiers Payment Order (C.O.P). Bid bond in any other form shall
not be acceptable.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose
before May 6, 2008, 9:30
A.M.
6. Bid
opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives who wish to attend, on May 6, 2008 at 11:30 A.M.
7. Failure
to comply any of the conditions form (2) to (6) above shall result in automatic rejection.
8. The
Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
