The Ethiopia
Development Research Institute (EDRI) invites all interested and
eligible bidders for the Implementation of Library Security System
to enable its library collection secure.
Terms of
reference (TOR) can be obtained form the Institute Room No. 406,
Payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (fifty) during office hours
for five consecutive working days starting 10th day of
the first announcement upon presentation of documents indicated on
item No. 2 below.
1. The
interested eligible bidders for Implementation of Library Security
System work shall be fulfilled government legal procedure, such as
tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, supplier
list registration and renewed, license for the year 2000 E.C.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of 2% of the
total bid price in the form of cash payment order (CPO) form
recognized bank.
3. Bidders
have to submit their bids (technical and financial proposals.
separately in sealed envelope including bid security) on 02 May 2008
(Miazia 24, 2000) at 10:00.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of at least 90 days the bid opening date
02, May 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date 02 May 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the presence of
the bidders/representatives who choose to attend the above-mentioned
office.
6. EDRI
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
7. Bidders
should participate for the whole lot. Bidders should submit in
wax-sealed and stamped envelopes and should be address and marked as
follows:
