1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant from
the African Development Bank in various currencies to finance the
cost of Institutional Support Project to the Women’s
Affairs-Under the Ministry of Women’s Affairs. It is intended
that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible
payment under the contract for the Procurement of OFFICE
FURNITURE.
2. The
Institutional Support Project under the Ministry of Women’s Affairs
now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the Supply and
Delivery of IT and Office Equipment consisting of the following

Bidders must bid
for all items in the lot, and they shall only bid for all items in a
particular lot. Bids submitted for partial items in a lot will be
determined non-responsive and will not be further considered.

4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon submission of a written application to the above and
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 or an equivalent
amount in a feely convertible currency.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:30 P.M [Local
time] on May 8, 2008 and must be accompanied by a BID security of
Birr 5,000.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend, On May 8, 2008 at 3:00 P.M., at the address below:
