RE TENDER
1. Nazareth
Soap Factory invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for the supply of different Pumps and Electric Motors, specifically:
1.1.
Tallow Pumps with Electric Motor.
1.2.
Soap filtration pumps with speed variatior.
1.3.
Soap filtration pump with speed variotor.
1.4.
Caustic soda transfer pumps.
1.5.
Boiler water softener.
1.6.
Lye (Furnace oil) transfer gear pumps with motor base plate.
1.7.
Submersible pump.
2. Bidders
could obtain details list of machineries within the tender document
against payment of non-refundable Birr 60/Sixity/ from Nazareth Soap
Factory Commercial Department office.
3. Bid
should be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid value
in the form of C.P.O.
4. Both
Technical and Financial proposal offers shall be put in the tender
box arranged in the premise of the factory before or on April 30,
2008 at 10:00 A.M.
5. For
technical analysis purpose Technical offers will be opened on the
same date at 10:30 A.M. Financial offers submitted by technically
qualified bidders are also opened on the same date at 1:30 P.M.
6. Bidders
or their legal representatives are invited to join in the opening
procedures of both offers.
7. The
factory retains all right to accept or reject the tender partially
or fully.
