Furniture with Built in Conference

1. Procurement
Service Enterprise on behalf of The Gambella Peoples NRS
Administrative Council wants to Procure of Furniture with Built in
Conference System (Turnkey Solution).
2. The
Procurement Services Enterprise on behalf of Gambella Peoples NRS
Administrative Council hereby invites sealed bids form eligible
bidders for the supply of Furniture with Built in Conference System.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the International Competitive
Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia and is open to all bidders form eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form Procurement
Services Enterprise on behalf of Gambella Peoples NRS Administrative
Counil and inspect the bidding documents at the address below during
office hours form Monday to Thursday Morning 8:00 A.M. -12:00 noon
and Afternoon 1:00 P.M. -5:00 P.M. and Friday Morning 8:00 A.M.
-11:30 A.M. and Afternoon 1:30 P.M. -5:00 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred only)
form the office of the Procurement Services Enterprise 1st
Floor, Room No. 2.
6. Bids
must be delivered to Procurement Services Enterprise, Conference
Hall on or before May 27, 2008 at 2:30 P.M. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of amounting Birr
50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO or Bank
guarantee, counter guaranteed by the local bankers. Late bids shall
be rejected.
7.
The bid opening date and hours shall be May 27, 2008 at 2:30 P.M. at Procurement
Service Enterprise, Conference Hall in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8. The
Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
