1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Health intends
to purchase Computers, Printers and UPS financed by the fund
received form GAVI.
2. The
Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for
the supply and delivery of Office Equipment per the following
summery.

3. Bidders
have option to bid for anyone or more of the items of the
specification.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form the office of
Supply and property team.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty
Birr).
6. Bidders
are required to submit with their bid copy of renewed license,
clearance form Inland Revenue Administration, copy of registration
certificate form Ministry of Finance and Economic Development and
VAT registration certificate.
7. Bids
must be delivered to the office indicated on number 4 above on or
before 2:00 P.M. on 07 May 2008 and must be accompanied by a bid
security of 3,000 Birr (Three Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O.
or Bank Guarantee. Insurance Bond is not acceptable.
8. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 07 May 2008 at the office of Supply and Property Team, Ministry of Health Head
Office, Lideta Kifle Ketema, Kebele 07/14,
Addis Ababa. Ethiopia.
9. The
Ministry reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
