1. The
SOMALI REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU invites sealed bids form
eligible bidders for supplying of furniture for four Health centers
and one Hospital in different Woredas of Somali Regional State
listed below.
2. National
contractors of Furniture suppliers are eligible to bid. Bidders are
required to provide a valid trade license form the appropriate
government body and proof of supplier’s list registration form the
Ministry/Bureau of Finance & Economic development, for the Current
fiscal year.

3. Bidding
document (and additional copies) may be purchased at SOMALI NATIONAL
REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU Room No. 3 Tel. (0257) 75 20 22 Or 75
28 44 Or 75 24 72 for a non-refundable fee of 150 Birr for each
package in freely convertible currency, on working hours except
Friday and Sunday.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 2% of the bid amount or its
equivalent in CPO or Bank guarantee and shall be delivered to HEALTH
BUREAU OF SOMALI NATIONAL REGIONAL STATE on or before 04/09/2000 at 10:00 local time.
5. Bids
will be opened 04/09/2000 in the presence of
those bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the
same date and place at 10:30 A.M. local time.
