SECTION I
1. The
Oromia Mass Media Organization invites interested and eligible local
civil contractors who has construction experience of similar work
for the construction of MODIFICATION OF EXISTING OFFICE TO TV &
FM STUDIO with prefabricated wall. The construction &
modification shall have the ability to build up a cost-effective,
reliable and performance-successful good standard studio. The bid
remains floating from August 27, 2008 to September 30, 2008.
2. The
Bidder shall compete for construction and supply of full materials
and service.
3. The
bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical and
financial proposal.
4. Photocopy
of renewed license, VAT and performance certificates should be
submitted within the envelope of technical proposal.
5. Bidders
can obtained bid documents from Oromia Mass Media Organization Adama
office or STVO office at Finance before or/ on September 30, 2008
during office hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00
(Hundred).

7. Bids
should be accompanied by Bid security of 1% of the total bid amount
in the form of Certified Cheque CPO or bank guarantee.
8. Bids
will be received at Oromia Mass Media Organization at Adama office
before or on September 30, 2008 until 3:00 P.M. & bidders should provide one original and two copies of technical &
financial document. Bids received after closing time will be
automatically rejected.
9. Bids
received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be
opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on September 30, 2008 at 3:30 P.M. at Adama office.
10. The
Organization reserves the right to reject all or part of any bid. |
