The Ministry of
Water Resources (MoWR), has allocated budget from the Government
Treasury towards the cost of Feasibility study of Upper Tekeze
Valley Ground Water Resources for Irrigation Project, and intends to
apply part of the budget to cover the eligible payments under the
contract for drilling 5 exploratory wells for Lot-1 and 6
exploratory wells for Lor-2 with anticipated depth of 400m.
The Ministry now
invites sealed bids to all Bidders that fulfill the qualification
requirements indicated in the bid document.
Complete set of
bid documents may be purchased during working hours from the date of
the first announcement/notice advertised in The Ethiopian Herald
upon the presence of renewed license and registration certificate of
the fiscal year and a non-refundable fee payment of Birr 300.00
(Three Hundred Birr). A bidder can bid for one or more Lots

result in automatic rejection from the bid.

accompanied by a bid security of not less than 50,000 Birr (Fifty
Thousand Birr) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency
