Ethiopian
Plywood Enterprise invites all eligible suppliers to participate in
tendering for the supply of Urea Formaldehyde Resin (UFR) powder
glue, gum paper, peeling machine knives, chain saw blade, band saw
blade, sharpening stone, and grooved ring leather packing with
supporting ring.
1. Interested
bidders can obtain the detailed specification and bid document from
commercial division of the enterprise upon payment of non-refundable
Birr 100 (Hundred) from date of issuance of this bid on The
Ethiopian Herald.
2. All
bidders shall submit currently renewed Trade license, VAT
certificate, and Evidence of Registration from Ministry of Finance
and Economic Development.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid value in
the form of CPO or Bank guarantee issued or confirmed by local banks
in the name Ethiopian Plywood Enterprise.
4. Bidders
should submit their offer referring bid No. EPE 003/08 in a
wax-sealed envelope indicating technical and financial offer
separately up to January 20, 2009 until 4:00 A.M. local time.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on January 20, 2009 at 4:30 A.M. local time.
6. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all
bids.
