Bid Document for the our sourcesing
of slaughters
1. Adama
City Administration invite all eligible and competitive bid for
Construction of slaughtering service, who registered for VAT, with
recent tax clear one from the respective in revenue authority and
registration license from concerned body and willing to undertake
the stated service for Adama municipality.
2. A
compete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application from
Adama city Administration office addressed below upon submission of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Birr Two Hundred) only.
3. One
original and copy of the financial proposal shall be produced in
different wax-sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy and must
be placed in the bid box along with the bid security in on
acceptable form of amounting 1% of bid offer on or before
December 28, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
at the some indicated adders below.
4. Bidders
must meet the minimum qualification criteria for bidders bid offers.
5. To
be opened offers to be opened. Un qualification bidders bid offers
returned unopened to the bidder.
6. Qualification
information will be opened in presence of the bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on December 22, 2008
at 11:00 A.M. at the same address.
7. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
