1. The
Dire Dawa Administration Roads Authority invites wax-sealed
bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor,
materials and equipment for the construction, maintenance and
completion of Retaining wall (Kefira Area).
2. A
compete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to
Dire Dawa Administration Roads Authority, Room No. 001 up on
payment of Two Hundred (200) Birr. Additional sets of
documents may be purchased each at the same price.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from, and inspect eth bidding

5. The
bid must be delivered to the Dire Dawa Administration Roads
Authority on or before 10:00 A.M. the 30th day of
Tahisas 2001 E.C.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at the same place at 10:00 A.M. the 1st day of
Tir 2001 E.C. at the office of The Dire Dawa Administration Roads
Authority.
7. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum 180
calendar days from the commencement of the work.
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
