Building
Materials Supply Enterprise (B.M.S.E) invites all interested bidder
to participate in the tender for the supply of:
Lot 1 –Pvc Floor Tiles and
Lot 2 –Electrical Water Heaters
1. Bid
documents can be obtained from Commercial Department during office
hours against non-refundable payment of Birr 100.00.
2. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid
price & the bid bond shall be furnished in the form of cash,
certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized domestic bank or bond
issued by and/or confirmed though a recognized domestic Bank or
Insurance Company.
3. The
Bank or the Insurance Company that issues the Bond shall
Unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser (B.M.S.E.) immediately
upon the first written demand of payment & the Bank or the Insurance
Company that issue the bond shall clearly incorporate the content
underlined here above on the issued Bond.
4. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to B.M.S.E. on
January 15, 2009 on or before 10:00 A.M.
5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on January 15, 2009 at 10:30 A.M.
6. B.M.S.E.
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
