1. The
Ethiopian Postal Service invites all Consulting Architects and
Engineers category V and above with valid license for the year 2001
E.C. and have registration of MWUD to conduct consulting service.
2. The
services include Design, Supervision and Contract Administration for
new G+3 branch office building at Woreda 12 sub cities, Woliso,
Welldiya, Wallkite, Nekemte, and Nazereth, G+2 at Debre Tabore, Shoa
robit and Sheri Ende Selassie Towns.
3. Bidders
can obtain tender documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 150.00 from the address given in No.8 below.
4. For
each project bid documents of wax-sealed Bid documents should be
submitted to property and supply division Room No. 216 before 12:0
A.M. on or before fifteenth day of the first announcement (if the
day is not working day the next working day) on The Ethiopian Herald
Newspaper and the bid will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
5. For
each project the technical and financial proposals should be
submitted separately and wax-sealed and signed in each envelope for
each project.
6. Original
and copy of document for each project should be submitted
separately.
7. Bidders
are required to submit a bid bond of 3,000.00 Birr in the form cash,
cash payment order (CPO), certified check or unconditional bank
guarantee valid for at least 90 calendar days.
8. The
Ethiopian Postal Service the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
