1. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites all eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for supply of 60 MT of Yellow Split peas.
2. Interested
and eligible bidders who have renewed license for the year 2008 and
VAT registered can participate for the bid.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid security of 20,000 Eth. Birr in
acceptable form of Bank guarantees of CPO.
4. Bid
documents must be deposited in the Tender Box Located in the
procurement Office No. 120 within 10 days from date of announcement.
5. The
bid will be closed on the 10th day from the date of
announcement at 11:30 A.M. and opened on the same day at 2:30 P.M.
in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives
at the ERCS Library. If the 10th day is holiday, the bid
will be opened on the next working day at 2;30 P.M.
6. The
Yellow split peas should meet the required standards.
7. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
