Invitation to Express Interest in
Consultancy Services of Road Project (National Competitive Bidding)
The Ethiopian
Roads Authority has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the
proceeds of those funds towards the cost of consultancy Services for
the under mentioned projects.
The Ethiopian
Roads Authority now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit
sealed expressions or interest for the subject Services.

Expressions of
interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia.
Participation is
open to all eligible bidders.
Interested
eligible bidders may submit expressions of interest to Ethiopian
Roads Authority, by completing the required information on the
expression of interest submission forms. The forms can be obtained
from ERA main building, Office of Engineering Services Procurement
Branch, 1st Floor, Room No. 108; free of charge.
Each Interested
bidder shall submit EOI in the copies.
Expressions of
interest must be delivered to the address below on or before
December 31, 2008 at 4:30 P.M. Late submissions may be rejected. N.B. Bidders who would like to
participate in association shall indicate the form of association
explicitly.
