1. The
Oromia Water Resources Bureau (OWRB) has received a fund from
Oromia Regional State & Revenue of Water Supply & Sewerage
Enterprise for the drilling and well completion works of 21 Deep
Wells, which are located in different Zones of the Region.
2. The
OWRB now invites eligible bidders for the Contract of Water
Wells drilling, and completion of the wells including the supply of
all required materials for the same.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at its office, Bole Road, 5th floor,
Room No. 510, Procurement Process Team Tel. 50 96 22, Fax. 51 77 56,
and P.O. Box 8630.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon presentation of renewed relevant license for 2000/2001
registration card issued from the Ministry of Water resources, VAT
registration certificate and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
together with written application to the above office and
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred)
only.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 30th
of December 2008 at 12:0 A.M. and must be accompanied by a bid bond
1% (One percent) of the bid amount in the form of (CPO or Bank
Guarantee.)
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who wishes
to attend at 02:00 P.M. on the same day i.e. 30th
December 2008 at the office of the Bureau Head.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject part and/or all bids.
