for the supply of 10,000 tones of coal for the factory with the
following specification

Total Sulfur < 2.0%
Net Calorific Value > 5500k cal/kg
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of 2% the total price in the form of
CPO or acceptable bank guaranty and must be delivered to:
