Agricultural Equipment & Technical Services Share Company (A.E.T.S.SH.CO.) invites eligible bidders for the supply of:

            Dozer                                            4 units
            Truck Tractor (Prime Mover)   1 unit

1.      Eligible suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed license for the budget year against payment of non-refundable Birr 250.00 from Supply Department, Procurement Division Addis Ababa during working days from 8:30 AM to 4:30 P.M. local time.

2.      Bid should be accompanied by bid security of 2% in the form of certified cheque, C.P.O. or Bank guarantee which will be payable on fist demand by A.E.T.S.SH. CO.

3.      Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to A.E.T.S.SH.CO Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before February 2^nd, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time & should be addressed & marked as follows:

4.      Bids (Technical offers) will be opened on February 2^nd, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the Assembly Hall of A.E.T.S.SH. CO. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

5.      A.E.T.S.SH. CO. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids without giving any reason thereof.
