1. The
Construction Design S. Co. (CDSC) intends to procure Computers,
Printers, Large format Plotters and Scanner as specified in the Bid
Documents.
2. Any
intends and eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bid
documents from the Suppliers Division, Construction Design S. Co.
P.O. Box 40036, Tel. 0114-42-33-63 Or
42-08-00, Fax. 0114-40—6-21 Or 42-01-53 Or 40-29-34 Addis Ababa and
up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00(Fifty Birr).
3. Bidders
can obtain any additional information from the Supplies Division
Room No. 65 Block No.8, Tel. 0114-42-33-63.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 in the
form of CPO or bank guarantee and must be submitted on or before
January 2, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. the address given here in above.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives on the same date
3:30 P.M. at the Construction
Design S. Co. 3rd floor Room No. 128, Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
are required to read and conform with all the necessary details as
specified in the Instruction to Bidder’s attached here with.
7. The
Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
