1. The
Merchandise Wholesale and Import Trade Enterprise (MEWIT) invites
wax-sealed bids from experienced and qualified bidders for the
supply of PAPER PRODUCT, PLANT & DEFORMED RE-ENFORCEMENT BARS AND
EDIBLE PALM VEGETABLE COOKING OLEIN.
2. Interested
and eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect

3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
and eligible bidder on the submission of copy of renewed license for
the current year and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100
(One Hundred Birr only) or equivalent in foreign convertible
currency.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total offered
value of the goods. The bid bond can be in the form of cash, bank or
insurance guarantee or certified check and must be delivered to the
above on or before 5:00 P.M. on January 20, 2009.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
at 9:00 A.M. on January 21, 2009.
6. Mewit
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
