Invitation to bid for consultancy
Service
Ministry of
Education invites eligible consultants for the English Language
Teaching Improvement programmer & School –Based English mentoring
programme.
Therefore:
Interested bidders shall obtain bid
documents from Room No.101 against payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 30.00 during office hours up on presentation of registration
certificate from the Federal Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, renewed trade license for the year & VAT registration
certificate.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Birr 3,000 (Three Thousand Birr) in the form of Bank
Guarantee or certified payment order (CPO), Bid Bond in any other
form shall not be acceptable.
Bids shall be submitted in two
separate envelopes 1-Techncial envelope 2-Finnacial envelope each
having one original and one copy.
All eligibility certificates cited
under No.1 should be found in the original technical envelope, and
be submitted in the tender box on a closing date.
Bid bond shall be in a separate
envelope and be submitted in the tender box together with the
original technical envelopes.
All bids must be deposited in the
tender box prepared for this purpose at or before 10:00 A.M. on
January 14, 2009.
Bids will be opened in the presence
of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend,
on January 14, 2009.
Ministry of Education reserves the
right to accept or reject the bids.
