1. SNNPRG
Health Bureau wants to purchase Hybrid IP-IBX machine from the
budget allocated by the regional HIV/AIDS sector.
2. The
SNNPRG Health Bureau now invites sealed Bid document form eligible
bidders for the supply of Hybrid IP-PBX machine
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect
bidding document at the office of HIV/AIDS resource center of SNNPRG
Health Bureau, P.O. Box 1891 Awassa,
Ethiopia Tel. 0462203945 Or
04663302004.
4. Complete
set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested eligible
bidders on submission of written application to the above office and
up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 100 (Hundred Birr) after
the announcement in the newspaper.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a security 2% the total cost in the form
of CPO or certified cheques.
6. The
bidder shall submit the bid document in wax-sealed envelope and must
delivered to above office on or before 2:00 P.M. local time from the date announced on the news letter up to
21/01/2009 days.
7. Bids
will be opened on presence of bidders or legal representatives who
choose to attend on the same date and place at 2:00 PM at the office
of SNNPRG Health Bureau.
8. All
supplier shall submit their legal license valid for the year.
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
