1. The
Tender remains floating form December 26, 2008 to January 19, 2009.
Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No.207
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00
(Thirty Birr) for each tender. Bidders should submit their relevant
renewed license (original & copies) when they come to obtain the bid
document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid security as follows.

3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Ban or
c)
Bank guarantee form recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Head office 3rd floor Room No. 311 before
9:30 A.M. of the respective bid opening time and produce the receipt
during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head office 1st floor Room
No.110 on or before January 19, 2009, 5:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on the following date and time at ETC’s Head Office
Room No.111.
