The Pharmaceuticals Fund and Supply Agency (PFSA) invite
sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of
Hospital Furniture.
2.
Bidders will be conducted though the National Competitive
Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Government Procurement
Guide Line, and is open to all bidders from eligible source
countries as defined in the guideline.
3.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information

pfsa@ethionet.et Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and inspect the
bidding document at the address given below from 8:30 A.M. -11:30
P.M. and 1:30 P.M. -4:30 P.M. from Monday to Friday.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents in English language may be
purchased by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a
written application to the address above upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr). The
method of payment will be in cash or cashier’s payment order (C.P.O)
or direct deposit to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Branch
PFSA A/C No. 0133818504100.
5. Sealed
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before
9:30 A.M. January 29, 2009.
Electronic bidding will not be
permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the
presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at
10:00 A.M. on January 29, 2009 at
office of the Chairman of the PFSA Tender Committee, Addis Ketema,
Kebele 19/20, and Addis Ababa.
6. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening
and must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the
total bid amount including all the incidental costs in the form of
CPO, or Bank guarantee, Insurance bond is not acceptable.
