The Amhara
National Regional State Water Resources Development Bureau (ANRS,
WRDB) hereby invites eligible bidders for their sealed bids to the
supply of:

This bidding is
open to all bidders who have eligibility documents, such as VAT,
TIN, Trade registration certificates and renewed trade license for
the year 2000/2001 E.C.
Bidders should
present eligibility documents with their offer and all documents
including the bid bond shall state the bidder company name.
Interested
eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents up on payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One Hundred).
A bidder could
participate for one or for all lots. But the offer for a lots shall
not be partial.
If the bidder
has an alternative bid it shall be submitted in separate envelope
with its bid security bond. Alternative bids will be considered and
evaluated independently.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security. The security bond shall be 1% of the
total DDP Bahir Dar price in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank
guarantee payable to the purchaser.
Bidding
documents shall be sealed and delivered to Water Resources
Development Bureau at Bahir Dar before the bid closing date.
Bid closing date
shall be on the 21st working day at 2:00 PM after
counting 20 consecutive days including weekends and holidays from
the date of the fist bid advertisement appeared on The Ethiopian
Herald Newspaper.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who
choose to attend at the conference room of WRDB at 3:00 PM on the
same date of bid closing specified above.
