1. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites all eligible bidders to

2. Interested
and eligible bidders who have renewed license for the year 2008 and
VAT registered can participate for the bid.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid security of 10,000 Eth. Birr in
acceptable form of Bank guarantee CPO.
4. Bid
documents must be deposited in the Tender Box situated in the
procurement Office No. 120 with in 15 days from date of
announcement.
5. The
bid will be closed on the 15th day from the date of
announcement at 11:30 A.M. and opened on the same day at
2:30 P.M. in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
the ERCS Library. If the 15th day is holiday, the bid
will be opened on the next working day at
2:30 P.M.
6. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserve the right to reject any or all
bids.
