RE-INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Oromia
Trade, Industry and Transport Bureau invites eligible Bidders for
the supply of:
1.
6 units of 170-185CC Motorcycle
2.
30 units of Pick Up Double Cab 4WD Diesel (4 cylinder)
3.
1 unit of Pick Up S/cab 4WD diesel (6 cylinder)
4.
10 units of Automobile sedan, 1300CC
5.
9 units of Micro Bus 12 Seater, Diesel
6.
2 units of Mid-Bus 26-30 Seater
7.
7 units of Ambulances (Station wagon type) LWB, Desel
8.
1 unit of Cesspit Empter truck 8m3.
Interested
bidders are invited to participate fully or partially for the supply
of the above mentioned vehicles to be purchased by local currency.
1. All
interested and eligible bidders who can certify their financial and
technical capabilities may purchase and examine the bidding
documents by paying non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred
Only) form OROMIA TRADE, INDUSTRY AND TRANSPORT BUREAU starting form
the date of the 1st issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian
Herald, upon submission of written application and renewed relevant
trade license.
2. Bidding
documents, original and copies must be enclosed in different
wax-sealed envelopes and shall be submitted before or on January 9,
2009, 10:00 A.M.

3. A
bid bond of not less then 1% of the total bid must accompany all
bids price and must be submitted to the above address in the form of
certified cheque from bank by local currency (C.P.O.)
4. Bidders
shall prepare bid proposal in two copies for each financial and
technical proposal separately (one original and one copy)
5. The
bid shall be opened at OTITB room No.12 at 11:00 A.M. 9 January 2009-2001 in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
6. Bureau/vpc/
reserves the right to accept or reject any portion or all the bids.
