COAL-PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER COMPLEX PROJECT (COFCOP)
Herby re-invites for the second time all interested bidders for
hereby re-invites for the second time all interested bidders for
Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) work on coal based
Fertilizer Complex Project in Yayu Wereda IIIubabor Zone of Oromia
Regional State, South Western Ethiopia.
Terms of
Reference and tender document can be obtained from the office of
COFCOP against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred
Birr only) for a copy, starting from December 29, 2008 during office
hours.
Offers shall be
forwarded in a clearly labeled and wax-sealed envelopes as per the
instruction in the terms of reference to the project office.
The last date
of offer submission shall be February 11, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. The bid
opening date shall be February 12, 2009 for the Technical Offer and
February 20, 2009 for the Financial Offer at 10:00 A.M. respectively
in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Project
Office. The Project Office reserves all rights to reject the offer
