1. Somali
Regional State Civil Service Bureau invites eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for Development Database Management System
(DBMS) and network installation with database service.
2. Eligible
consultants/Suppliers/ agents could obtain tender documents by
presenting a copy of their renewed licenses, VAT Registration
Certificate.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certificate cheque CPO or Bank Guarantee.
4. Wax-sealed
Bids shall be delivered by finance and administration department of
the bureau Jijiga office on or before 27/12/2008 at 3:30 A.M.
Bidders should provide one Original and one Copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on 28/12/2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the
presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. SRT.CSB
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
