For the Supply of 500 KVA Generator
1. The
Addis Ababa University has funds within the Procuring Entity’s
budget to be sued for the procurement of 500 KVA Generator with its
Accessories.
2. The
Addis Ababa University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the supply and delivery of 500 KVA Generator with its Accessories.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders form eligible source counties.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Main Campus at
Purchasing Division, and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from 8:00 AM in the morning to 5:00 PM
in the afternoon.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 50.00 (Birr Fifty). The
method of payment will be in Cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 2:00 PM
on December 30, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security
of Ethiopian Birr 30,000.00 (Birr Thirty Thousand). Late bids shall
be rejected and returned to the bidders unopened. Bids will be
opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to
attend at the address below at 7(d) at 2:30 PM on December 30, 2008.
