Akaki Metal
Products Factory invites all interested and eligible bidders to bid
for the supply of:
AMMONIUM
CHLORIDE ……………100 METRIC TONS
I. Bid
documents can be obtained from the Factory during office hours
against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from
the date of the Issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
II. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 500 or an
equivalent amount of convertible currency before or on the closing
date in the form of Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by Commercial
Bank of Ethiopia, which is unconditional revocable and payable upon
buyer’s first written demand, C.P.O. or Cash only. (Insurance Bond
is not acceptable).
III. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelope to the Factory
before or on January 1, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
IV. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on January 1, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. local time.
V. The
Factory reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
