1. The
Anbassa City Bus Service Enterprise now invites for purchase of
sealed bids from eligible bidders for DAF Buses Spare parts for TB
2175 RT and PF 183M Engine.
2. Bidders
have the option to bid for any item. Bids will be evaluated and
contract awarded on a piece base (per line item base).
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Anbassa City
Bus Service Enterprise and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. hours.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents, in English Language, can be
purchased against payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 100 in
cash from the head office Room No. 209 starting Dec.2, 2008 during
official working hours. Local bidders have to present their Trade
License renewed for the fiscal year and VAT Registration
certificate.
5. Sealed
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 A.M.
Dec.31, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2%
of the bid price in the form of certified by a bid security of 2% of
the bid price in the form of certified check or Bank guarantee. Late
bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at
the address below at 10:30 A.M. Dec. 31, 2008.
6. The
Anbassa City Bus Service Enterprise reserves its rights to reject
any or all bids.
