Tender notice for the purchase of Thermal Coal
Messebo Building
Materials Production PLC, a 2,000 tons/day cement plant, located at
Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia intends to purchase 15,000 metric tons of
chemical coal with the following specification to be used as fuel
for its cement factory kiln.
a) Net
Calorific Value as received 5800-6100
Kcals/.Kg
b) Total surface moisture 9.0%
c) Inherent Moisture 2.5% -3.5%
d) Ash 17% maximum
e) Sulphur 1% maximum
f) Volatile matter 21% -28%
g) Size 0mm-50mm
Suppliers are
invited to submit their offer on C&F Dijibouti basis to the
following address within 20 days from the date of publication of
this notice.

be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before 20th
