1. The
East Wollega Zonal Health Office invites interested bidders for the
supply of health center furniture for
Sasiga Health Center,
Renewed license valid for the year
2000 E.C. and clearance of Oromia Finance and Economic Development
Bureau.
2. A
compete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application to East
Wollega zone Health Office Room No. 6 & upon non-refundable fee of
ETH Birr 100 after this announcement for the above office.
3. Bid
(One original & one copy) shall be valid for a period of 90 days
after bid opening & must be accompanied by bid security at list 1%
of the offered bid amount in acceptable C.P.O. in sealed envelope on
or before the 21 day after this announcement at
6:00 A.M. local time to the East
Wollega Zone Halth Office. If this day is not working day. The bid
will be opened in the next working day.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same date and place at
8:30 P.M. local time.
5. The
furniture shall be completed within 90 calendar days from singing
date of the contract agreement.
6. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
