1. H/P/N/R/S
Health Bureau invites wax-sealed bids from all eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and services
for construction and completion of 3 Health posts at Different Rural
area Kebeles in the Region.
2. A
complete set of documents copies can be purchased by interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
office of H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 100.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau
office No.5.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in acceptable (cash, or
freely convertible currency) or insurance not less than 2% of the
bid amount & must be submitted on or before 8:30 P.M. (time) of bid opening date Jan. 20/2009 at the address
specified.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend on the same date Jan.
20/2009 and place after half of hour at
9:00
hour at Head of the
H/P/N/R/S/HEALTH.
6. The
construction of the work shall be completed with in a maximum of
90 calendars days from the commencement of the work.
7. Bidders
are required to fill all necessary details in the schedules.
8. The
bureau reserves the right to reject the bid partially or totally. |
