1. The
Harari People National Regional State Health Bureau invites all
eligible bidders with renewed license and VAT registration for the
year 2000/2001 E.C. for the suppliers of office furniture.
2. A
complete set of the documents can be purchased by interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
H/P/N/R/S. Health Bureau Office No. 15 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred).
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from the H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau
office No.15, Tel. 025-666 21 00 Or 666 17 33.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable (cash or
freely convertible currency) not less than 2% of the bid amount and
must be submitted on or before /time/ of bid opening January 20/2009
at 8:30 P.m. LT at the address specification No.3 above.
5. Bid
will be opened and read in the presence or absences of bidder or
their authorized representatives are choosing to attend on the some
date January 20/2009 and after half an hour at 9:00 PMLT hour in the
office of Head of the Regional Health Bureau No.08.
6. The
supplies of the goods shall be submitted within a maximum of 45
calendar days from the commencement of the agreement.
7. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
8. The
bureau reserves the right to reject the bid partially or totally.
