Invitation to Bid for maintenance and
Construction Works
The Ethiopian
Seed Enterprise invites all eligible bidders for the following
maintenance and construction works.
1. Construction
of Fence, Dry pit latrine and store maintenance at Ardaita.
2. Maintenance
of Store and construction of car shade at Bahir Dar.
3.
Maintenance of stores, office and dry pit latrine
construction at Assela.
4. Maintenance
of stores and office buildings at Nekemte.
5. Construction
of cafeteria, dry pit and partition of wall at Awassa. Bidders’
license required for all the above works is GC/BC 7 and above.
6. Construction
of store, car shade and mobile seed cleaner shade at Mekele. Bidders
license required for this work is GC/BC 5 & above.
7. Office
building & Stores maintenance at Assasa, Dodola and Kofele.
Bidders license
required for this work is GC/BC 6 & above.
Bidders should
be able to submit their registration from The Ministry of
Construction and Urban Development with their offer for the bid.
A complete set
of bidding documents for each work may be purchased upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) in cash Room 204
of our Head Office.
All bids valid
for at least 90 days form bid opening date must be submitted to ESE
on or before January 30, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time. Bid Bond amounting to 2% of the Bid value is expected from
each bidder.
Bids will be
closed on January 30, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. and will be opened the same day at
10:30 AM local time at the presence
of bidders or their representatives at ESE conference hall room
No.110.
Bid shall be
conducted as per Procurement of Works for NCB of Public Procurement
Agency January 2006.
Our Enterprise
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids or
waives formalities without assigning any reasons thereof.
