complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased by any
interested eligible Bidders up on payment of a non-refundable of
Birr 100 (One Hundred).
4. All
Bid must be accompanied by 2% of the total tender value in the form
of a bank guarantee or a certified check.
5. Interested
bidders with license valid for the year 2001 E.C. from Ministry of
Trade &Industry, VAT registered and having tax payer registration
certificate.
6. Bids
shall be opened officially in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on January 29, 2009.
7. Bidders
are obliged to submit the required specification given by our PLC in
one envelope &the price in another envelope each separately.
8. The
Lame dairy PLC reserves to accept or reject any or all bids with out
given any reason. |
