Addis Ababa
Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) would like to invite
interested bidders for the supply of 28 mm black iron LTZ and 1.2mm
thick steel profile frame for metal windows and doors.
1. Bid
documents must be obtained from the Administration and Finance
Department Room No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable
payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) for each document from the date of
the Issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable for of
C.P.O. or bank Guarantee amounting 1% of the total bid amount but
not grater than 100,000.00 and must be submitted along with
financial document.
3. Bidders
should submit renewed trade license for the year 2000 E.C. VAT
registration certificate and registration certificate from Ministry
of Finance & Economic development.
4. Bidders
can offer their price for partial lots.
5. Bidders
should provide one original and one copy of “technical” and
“financial” separately.
6. Bid
bond should be in a separate envelope and marked bid security and
submitted in the tender box together with the original financial
document.
7. All
eligibility certificate cited under no.3 should be found in the
original technical envelope and be submitted in the tender box on
the closing date.
8. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing Development Project
office Procurement and Supply Department Room No. 621 on or before
January 1, 2009 at 4:00 P.M.
9. Bids
(technical offer) will be opened on January 2, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence pf bidders or their authorized representatives.
10. AAHDPO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
