Invitation to Bid for Car Rental
Service Agreement
1. GOAL
Ethiopia, an International Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for vehicle rental service agreement for
a period of six months with the possibility of extension for a
further six month.
2. Bidders
may obtain bidding documents during office hours starting form the
first day this notice appeared in The Ethiopian starting from the
first day this notice appeared in The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper
against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3. Wax-sealed
and stamped bids must be delivered to the above office on or before
10:00 A.M. 15 December 2008. Late bids shall be rejected.
4. Bids
must be submitted along with Birr 500.00 (Five Thousand Birr) bid
security in the form of cash payment order (CPO).
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of binders/ representatives, who
choose to attend at the address indicated below on 15 December 2008
at 10:30 A.M.
