Re-Invitation For Bids
Lake Tana
Transport Enterprise invites interested and eligible bidders who are
licensed for the current year and are registered in the suppliers
list to participate for the supply of:
Spare Parts for inboard marine engines
For Yetananesh and Yekatit Boat
For N3 Motor Gear Box and
For 619 Motor
1. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the
total bid price in the form of a bank guarantee, or an unconditional
Insurance bond.
2. Bids
must be submitted to the address mentioned below. The bid will be
closed on Dec. 26, 2008 at 11:30 Local time P.M.
3. The
bid will be opened at 3:00 A.M. the next day from the closing day
mentioned above at the Enterprise’s head office in the presence of
bidders or their legal representatives.
4. The
bid bond will be returned for those bidders who loose the bid by
their chosen address and the winner will receive the bid bond after
the hading over of the 10% performance bond.
5. Any
alternation on the bid document after the closing date of the bid
will not be accepted.
6. The
bid will be evaluated according to the bidders:
Proposed price
Company viability (reputation) and
Supply date.
7. The
supplier shall state both the FOB (Directly sent from the supplier
to buyer) and DDP Bahir Dare Price.
8. Bid
documents can be obtained at the enterprise head quarter, for Birr
50.00
9. Late
bids are not accepted.
10. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the
bids.
