Invitation to Bid for Drilling of
Deep Well
Water Action,
Non-Government Organization, invites eligible bidders for the
drilling and construction of one deep well at Gededa, Worebabo
Wereda, Amhara Region.
Bidders who
fulfill the following criteria are encouraged to receive complete
documents from Water Action, Head Quarter.
A) Bidders
who posses currently year renewed license and registered for VAT and
TIN could submit wax-sealed bids.
B) Bids
must be accompanied by a 1% bid security of bid price in an
acceptable form (CPO, Bank guarantee).
C) Bidders
must have a valid registration certificate from The Ministry of
Works & Urban Development.
D) The
price validity of offer and bid bond shall remain enforce for three
and six months respectively.
E) The
bid document shall be purchased from Head Office against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) during office hours.
F) Bidders
are invited to submit financial & technical proposal of one original
and one copy enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to Water Action on or
before December 19, 2008. Bid will be closed on December 19, 2008 at
10:00 A.M. and opened on December 19, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at Water
Action.
G) Water
Action reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
