to submit wax-sealed financial proposals or bids for Construction of
two bridges in Kebele 11 To be eligible for Bidding for this
project, the Contractors must have their Professional license valid
for the year 2001 E.C. and registered for VAT.

2. Complete
set of bidding documents may be purchased by all contenders those
who renewed there license and paid all tax needed from them for the
year at the above office, on submission of a written application and
up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred
Birr only) at or before 2:30 P.M. of the 10th day of the
announcement.
3. All
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form and the
amount as specified in the Bidding documents and must be delivered

any or all bids.
