All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting 1% of
the total amount in a form of bank guarantee or certificate payment
order (CPO). Bid bond in any other from shall not be accepted.
4.
All bids must be submitted in one original marked “original”
and one copy signed in the same way as the original and marked
“copy” by stating supply of cones tubes 50 57” and/or
spindle tape with glue.
5.
The technical and financial offers shall be submitted
separately in a sealed envelope including the original bid bond with
the technical offer.
6.
Samples of both items shall be submitted in a separate
envelope before 10 days of bid closing date with their specific type
and technical description for trial purpose.
7.
All bids and samples must be submitted to Kombolcha Textile
Share Company Branch Office Addis Ababa Papasions building first
floor Room No. 143 on or before 4:00 P.M. local time on January 22,
2009.
8.
Bids will be opened on 27 January 2009 at Kombolcha Textile
Share company head office with or without the presence of bidders at
10:00 A.M. local time.
9.
Bidders should clearly indicate term of payments and other
commercial conditions in their offers.
10.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above
will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
11.
Kombolcha Textile Share Company reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all bids.
