Invitation to local Bid: Medical
and
Laboratory Equipment and reagents
1. MERLIN,
an international non-governmental humanitarian organization, now
invites eligible bidders for the supply of drugs for a project in
Bale Zone founded by ECHO.
2. The
Tender Documents can be purchased for 100 (One Hundred) Birr,
non-refundable, from the MERLIN office during the working hours from
the 11 December 2008 at 10:00 A.M. until 19th December
2008 at 5:00 pm inclusive. Merlin is located in Bole Kifle Ketema,
Kebele 06, House No. 658, (opposite to Teshomet Kitfu) Addis Ababa;

3. One
original and one copy of the bid, in separate envelopes marked
envelope marked ‘Original’ and ‘Copy’ should be submitted in a
sealed covered envelope at the office of MERLIN not later than 26
December 2008 at 5:00 P.M. All bids should include the
aforementioned Tender Document and be accompanied by the firm
profile, past performance record and other relevant credentials, as
well as a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee for 5% (one
percent) of the bid amount.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 10:00 A.M. the 29 December 2008 at the
conference room of Merlin Ethiopia.
5. Merlin
reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any all bids. |
